Founded in 2021, Volunteers in Medicine in Schuylkill & Carbon Counties exists to provide free, high-quality healthcare to adults who might otherwise go without care. Our mission is rooted in dignity, respect, and confidentiality, ensuring every patient is treated as a valued member of our community.
Our vision is a community where all people—regardless of insurance status, employment, or financial circumstances—have access to the medical care they deserve. This work is made possible through the commitment of volunteer clinicians, generous donors, and community partners.
